Bloomfield Spa

Our goal at our Bloomfield Spa is to provide guests with an unforgettable spa experience. Our menu offers you a collection of deliciously pleasurable ways to relieve stress, boost vitality, enchant your senses, restore balance and experience bliss. Your wellbeing is our focus. Revitalizing body treatments, meltingly good massages, therapeutic skin care, and sublime spa experiences are delivered with impressively genuine and nurturing heartfelt services.

Relaxing in the intuitive hands of our therapists you will discover an enhanced feeling of wellbeing and a new reason to call Bali paradise. Our spa consists of two double deluxe treatment rooms and a mani pedi lounge. However, guests are encouraged to enjoy treatments in the sanctuary of their room or in the rice paddy view bale.

Spa Services are available from 9am to 7pm daily, bookings are essential.

Pilates

Pilates is a fun, challenging and safe fitness method using controlled movements to help sculpt and tone muscles, giving your body a longer, leaner look. The class incorporates key principles such as: postural alignment, breathing, core stability, controlled movement and flexibility. Each class we will work to balance all muscle groups, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles. Women and men of all ages can enjoy the benefits of Pilates!! Every Wednesday 9am in our beautiful outdoor pavilion we run classes. Bookings are required, price is 130k IDR for a 55 minute class. Private or duo private classes available on request. Mats are provided, please wear comfortable workout clothes.

Note: All classes are taught by experienced fully certified Pilates instructors.


Yoga

A yoga practice can bring real positive change, enhancing our everyday life on & off the yoga mat. Derived from the Sankrit word “yuj” which means “to unite or integrate”; yoga is a 5000 year old Indian body of knowledge. Yoga is all about harmonizing the body with the mind and breath through the means of various breathing techniques, yoga postures (asanas) and meditation. Classes are based on guests requests, however we do offer a complimentary classes every Friday at 9am, please advise our staff at the hotel if you wish to participate.

Note: All classes are taught by experienced fully certified Yoga instructors.

Meditation

You don’t have to be an uber-spiritual vegan yogi to enjoy the benefits of the meditation class in our open air bamboo studio. We have one Bale located in the rice fields in front of the hotel and a larger pavilion within the hotel, then again mediation can be done in the comfort of your own room. Please enquire if you would like to book a meditation guide.
